How to delete your account in the app
- Open Closeeye and sign in.
- Go to the You tab.
- Under Account, choose Sign out, then Close account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Closeeye, the app published on Google Play and the App Store by Stexa Products & Services Pvt. Ltd., lets you delete your account and your family’s data yourself, at any time, directly in the app.

hello@closeeye.appWrite to us from the email address you signed in with, and we will delete your account and data for you.
What is deleted immediately
- Your profile: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, city and country.
- Everyone you added, and everything you recorded about them, including medical details.
- Your voice letters and photos, and the files behind them in private storage.
- Your questions.
- Any active membership is cancelled so you are not billed again.
What little is kept
- A minimal record that a deletion happened, kept for accountability and to prevent abuse; it contains no family data.
- Basic transaction records, kept only where tax and accounting law requires, for the period that law requires.
- Anonymous statistics, these can no longer be linked to you or your family.
Residual copies in encrypted backups are fully overwritten within 90 days.
