Medical Disclaimer

Last updated 14 August 2026.

Closeeye helps you stay close to your family. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.

Not a medical service

Closeeye is not a doctor, a nurse or a clinic, and it does not send anybody to your family. Nothing it tells you is a diagnosis or a treatment, and it must not be used in place of your physician.

What answers are

When you ask a question, the answer is general guidance composed from what you have chosen to share. It may be wrong, and it is never a clinical assessment. Every answer carries this reminder for that reason.

In an emergency

Call 108, or your local emergency number, and your physician first. Closeeye cannot call an ambulance and does not contact emergency services. If you ask for urgent help, it tries to reach the people you nominated, and tells you plainly whether it managed to.

Medicines

You can record what somebody takes so it is written down and not forgotten. Closeeye does not administer medication, does not change a dose, and does not remind anybody to take one. That stays between your family and their doctor.
